A conversation by phone or video call. You tell us what the application does, what technology it uses and what you keep. We give you an honest first opinion on viability.
Technical assessment
If it is worth continuing, we analyse the binaries, the database and the dependencies. This work is quoted before starting, with agreed scope and price.
Report and proposal
You receive what is recoverable, what the risks are, the options (maintain, migrate or rewrite) and a phased plan with a fixed quote.
You decide
The report is yours. You are under no obligation to continue with us.

Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. The first consultation has no cost and no commitment. The technical assessment that follows is real work and is quoted separately, with scope and price agreed before starting.
How long does the first consultation last?
About 30 minutes. That is enough to understand your case and tell you whether it has a solution and where to start.
Do you need access to my servers in the first consultation?
No. Just tell us what you have. Access and files, if needed, are handled afterwards in a controlled way.
What if my software cannot be fixed?
We will tell you clearly. Sometimes the best option is to rewrite on a solid base, and other times it is to touch nothing and just reduce the risk. We prefer to tell you before you spend money.
Can I do it even if I am not technical?
Yes. We speak in business language and translate the technical side into risks, timelines and costs.
