Frequently asked questions
Migrate or rewrite from scratch?
Almost always it is better to migrate incrementally, because the application holds years of undocumented business rules. Rewriting from scratch is more expensive and risky. We decide with data in the assessment.
Can it be migrated without the source code?
It has to be recovered first. If you still have the executable and the DLLs, see our .NET source code recovery service.
How long does it take?
It depends on size and dependencies. After the assessment we give you a phased schedule with the deliverables of each phase.
